With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rebecca Franks of Owenton, Kentucky, who passed away on August 6, 2021 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward McEndre and Myrtle Moscoe; and her brothers, Gary Wayne, Dennis Ray, Norman Joe and David Thomas Mefford.
She is survived by: her husband Rondle Franks (Ron); her daughters, Heather Dawn Robiseaux of Texas, Amber Alease Robiseaux of Texas, Sara Breanne Chavez (Francisco) of Texas and Jaclyn Nicole Franks of Louisville, KY; and her siblings, Vicki Lynn Plew of Worthville, KY, Nancy Jean Otter of Carrollton, KY, Sharon Dews (Harold) of Carrollton, KY, Michael Edward McEndre of Carrollton and James Mitchell McEndre (Patricia) of Sanders. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
