She was predeceased by: her father Bill Woosley; her spouse Thomas S. Webster; and her siblings, David, Dorcas and Norman Dale Withrow.

She is survived by: her son Gregory Webster (Candi); her grandchildren, Heather, Krystal, Gregory, Tabita, Travis, Aaron and J. R.; and her siblings, Dennis Withrow, Linda Dampier and Lynn Withrow. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
