With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillis Jane Adkins of Owenton, Kentucky, who passed away on July 6, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Dunavent and Lucy B. Dunavent Smith; her brother Ronnie Dunavent (Shirley) of Fairfield, Ohio.; and her husband Larry Woodrow Adkins. She is survived by: her sons, Robert "Robby" Adkins (Kristi) of Owenton, Larry "Danny" Adkins of Owenton and Michael Adkins of Owenton; her grandchildren, Blake Robertson (Amy), Autumn Adkins Collins (Greg), Mercy Adkins, Lavender Adkins and Violet Adkins; and her great grandchildren, Isaiah Robertson, Heaven Robertson, Harmony Robertson, Essie Robertson and Roman Robertson.
