He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary June and Wilbert Lowe (Bob); and his brothers, Tommy Patton and Robert Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Terry; his children, Perry Lowe, Jr. (Marina), John Lowe (Raleigh) and Emma Collins (Jason); his grandchildren, Emilee, Jadon, Bailey, Marlee, Brianna, Konstantin, Everett, Scarlett and Lilac; and his brother Wilbert Lowe (Josie Hazlett) of Indiana. He is also survived by four nieces and nephews.
