She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Pete and Effie Mae Smith. She is survived by: her husband John William Swigert; her siblings, Margaret Musgrave (Henry), Mollie Slaughter (Floren) and Thomas Smith (Gerri); her children, Carolyn Jo Polomski (Martin), Joyce Ann Bond (David), Charlotte Lane Hisle (Jim), Kathy Lee Spaulding (Terry) and John William Swigert, II; her grandchildren, Jenna Elaine Gray (Eric), Beth Cram (Ryan), Kristina Hisle, Joseph Hisle (Erin), Julie Johnson (Brennan), Joshua, Jalen Spaulding, Ashton and Jackson Swigert; and her great grandchildren, David Gray (Macie), Jason Gray, Hailee, Peyton Gordon, Kailey, Carson Cram, Caleb, Olivia, Norah and Maci Hisle. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
