She was predeceased by: her father Richard Johnson; her husbands, James Haydon and George Callaghan; her daughters, Missy Haydon Perkins and Kim Furnish; her grandson Austin Spenneberg; and her brother Larry Johnson.
She is survived by: her caregiver Charlotte Yancey; her son-in-law David Furnish; her stepsons, Chris, George and Michael Callaghan; and her granddaughter Madison Mann. She is also survived by her niece and two great nephews.
Bro. Dale Adkins and Pastor, Dale Griggs will officiate and memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.
