Though Lewis may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Hornsby and Marie Joseph Hornsby. He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Powell (Trey), Amberlyn Hornsby and Amanda Hornsby. He is also survived by three step-grandchildren; his niece and nephew; as well as a host of extended family.
