He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Spider" Garnett and Mary Ola Miller Garnett. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Garnett; his daughter Summer Gail Garnett; his siblings, Teresa Perry (Larry Dale) of Owenton, Pam Pavone (Mike) of Owenton, Vickie Thomas (Johnny) of Corydon, IN, Kim Garnett-Medley (Allison) of Lexington and Mark Garnett (Stephanie) of Owenton; and his nieces and nephews, Kelley Thomas, Shadoe Aldridge (Clint), Jade, Emerald, Sage Garnett, Adam Perry (Bridget), Andrew Perry (Tiffany) and Steel Garnett. He is also survived by eight great nieces; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
