He was predeceased by: his parents, A. P. Cull and Beulah Hammonds Cull; and his son Delayne Cull. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Brock Cull; his sister Barbara McCormick (Burnham); his stepsons, Tim Agee (Laurie) and Eric Agee (Amber); and his grandchildren, Josh, Emilee and Brandon Agee.

Memorial contributions may be made to Gideon's International or Squiresville Baptist Church.
