He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Keith and Myrtie Keith; his wife Elvesie "Kathy" Keith; and his brothers, Brad Keith and Eddie Keith.
He is survived by: his children, Brad Keith (Lauren), Connie Stout and Howard Julian 'Bub' Keith (Tori); his brother Delbert Keith (Carolyn); and his grandchildren, Shawn Keith, Delton 'Chad Chadwick Keith, Randi Keith, Justin Keith and Heather Cloud.
