With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jarl Lee Harris of Owenton, Kentucky, who passed away on October 4, 2020 at the age of 96. He is survived by: his children, Dennis Harris, Victor Harris and Debbie Floyd; and his siblings, Ethel Kincaid and George Thomas. He is also survived by six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
