We are sad to announce that on September 14, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Irene Perkins of Owenton, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Cook and Blanch Wainscott Cook; and her brother Floyd Cook. She is survived by: her husband Doug Perkins; her grandchildren, Baileigh, Hagen, Campbell, Kade and Kendall; her brother David Cook; and her close friend Von Sipple Parke. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as a host of extended family and friends.
