With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard Bishop Jr. of Owenton, Kentucky, who passed away on October 29, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Bishop and Geneva Baker Bishop; his daughter Letha Lowe; his grandson Drew Mason; and his brother Jeff Bishop.

He is survived by: his wife Bessie Dezarn Bishop; his children, Lucinda Wilhoite (Ricky), Randy Bishop and Luci Grubb (Steve); his grandchildren, Kendra Wilhoite, Brad Wilhoite (Cretia), Tim Hadden, Lauren Gilbert (Andrew), Logan Lowe (Emily), Lindsey Herndon (Tylor) and Michael Grubb; and his great grandchildren, Blake, Carson Gilbert and Kash Wilhoite.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Drew Mason Memorial Scholarship Fund.
