He was predeceased by: his parents, Sid Clements and Susie Mae Kelley Clements; and his brother Carroll Clements. He is survived by: his wife Diane Ray Clements; his children, Andrea Schumann (Troy) and Leslie Godby (Joel); his grandchildren, Blake Schumann (Kristin Montgomery), Alexis Schumann, Kayla Bowling (Christian) and Janna Godby (Ryan Wheeler); his sister Evelyn Garrett (Gene); his nieces, Sandra McGhee (Tony) and Gina Black (Greg); and his nephew Gary Clements (Kathy).
Rev. Dr. Susan Diamond will officiate and memorial contributions may be made to Owen County Friends of Animals or Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
