She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Cecil and Eslie Riedner Stinson; and her sisters, Iva Faye Stinson and Phyllis McBride. She is survived by: her husband Paul Gibson; her son Paul Gibson, Jr. (Vicki); her granddaughters, Michelle Barnett (Craig), Chelsea Gibson and Michaela Gibson; and her siblings, David Stinson and Linda Bryant.

Memorial contributions may be made to Long Ridge Baptist Church.
