He was predeceased by: his parents, Justice "Jake" Wilhoite and Kathleen Hall Wilhoite. He is survived by: his daughter Courtney Roberts (Billy); his granddaughter Braylee Roberts; and his siblings, Ricky Wilhoite (Cindy), Robbie Justice (Darrell Banta) and Erica Wilhoite.
