He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Faye Clifford; his children, Stephen Clifford (Brooke) of Owenton and Valerie Cook (Raymond) of Owenton; and his grandchildren, Jakob Ramsey of Jacksonville, FL, Alexandra Clifford, Victoria Clifford, Jonathan Blackburn, Joshua Blackburn and Angela Curtin. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
