She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijah Oldham and Lucille Perkins Beverly; and her sister Billie Jo Taylor. She is survived by: her husband Larry Tackett; her sons, Terry Tackett (Teresa) and Tommy Tackett (Deanna); her grandchildren, Matt Way (Heather), Shane Perkins (Brittany), Casey Roberts (Austin) and Nolan Tackett (Abby Lyons); her great grandchildren, Lindon, Weston Way, Elizabeth Roberts, Peyton M., Lane Turner, Peyton B., Braxton Perkins and Colsen Roberts; and her brother Bobby "Buck" Beverly (Pat).

Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the New Funeral Homes (202 N Main, Owenton, KY 40359). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

Burial will be in the Owenton Cemetery and memorial contributions may be made to either Owenton 1st Christian or Bluegrass Care Navigators Hospice.
