It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Denny Townsend of Owenton, Kentucky, born in Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on September 23, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Vernon R. "Red" Townsend; and his brother Dewayne Townsend. He is survived by: his mother Slyvia "Jean" Brewer Townsend; his wife Rose Yoste Townsend; his sons, Keith and Anthony Case; and his nieces and nephews, Brittany, Chuck, Skylan and Lizzie. He is also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
