He is survived by: his mother Ruth Osborne Smith; his wife Judy Thomas Smith; his sons, Derek, Bradley and Brandon Smith; his stepchildren, Amanda House and Matthew Hibbard; and his siblings, Pam McAlister and Rodney Smith. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren.
