It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Sue Bailer of Owenton, Kentucky, born in Covington, Kentucky, who passed away on April 12, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Allie Burgess and Marie Woodyard Burgess. She is survived by: her husband Charles Dodson; her children, Michael F. Chandler (Hellen) and Alicia Ann Bailer; her stepsons, Chuckie Dodson (Katie) and Justin Dodson (Jennifer); and her siblings, Peggy Burgess, Joann Palmer (Ronnie), Debby Willoughby (Kevin) and Robert Runyon. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
