It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cindi Lee Vandenberg of Owenton, Kentucky, who passed away on June 22, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Robert L. Forman and Shirley Forman of North Hollywood, California.; her husband Johan Vandenberg; her children, Jerrica Vandenberg and Joshua Vandenberg; her brothers, Wade Melcher and Dana Melcher; and her pets, Penny Lane, Buddy, Lainey Lou, Pepper Ann and Gretel Lee.
