It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Chuck Chase Jr. of Owenton, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 30, on January 14, 2022. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Eli Chase and Snow Chase; his parents, Debra Sadler (Derek) and Charles Chase Sr.; and his siblings, Josh, Austin, Amber Jordan (Adam), Adam Chase (Rachel), Danielle Meyer (Mike), Lyndsey Minch (Brad Allnutt), Wade Howard, Samantha Smith (Kris), Spencer Wilcoxson, AshleyAnn Dawson, Andrew Dawson, Rhiannon Dawson, Emma Armstrong and Ava Armstrong. He is also survived by his children and devoted his time to his family and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Danielle Meyer on behalf of the family.
