He is survived by: his wife Ruth Kingkade; his children, Seth Kingkade (Billie) and Jessi Williams (Chris); his stepsons, Eric Branton (Rebecca) and Chad Branton (Shanna); his grandchildren, Adyson, Paisley, Danni, Evelyn, Alaina, Jolie, Annabelle, Boden and Isabella; his brother H. K. Kingkade (Bettie); and his brother-in-law Charlie Gruber.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (213 N Main, Owenton, KY 40359). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Burial will be in the Owenton Cemetery and memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warriors Project or St. Judes Childrens Hospital.
