He is survived by: his children, Billy Stamper, Jr. and Kathy Stamper; his grandchildren, Misti Doss, Heather Baxter and Christoper Doss; his great grandchildren, Nathan Goodrich, Destiny Goodrich, Brooklyn Doss, Layne Baxter, Nicholas Doss, Leigha Baxter and Cory Doss; his great great grandchild Noah Goodrich; and his brother Edison Stamper.
