He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Howard and Mary Kathleen Kincaid Duncan; and his brothers, Bobby, David and Larry Duncan.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay Roberts Duncan; his children, Rae Gina Beatty (Cheyenne) and Billy Howard "B. J." Duncan, Jr. (Niki Vaughan); his grandchildren, Katy Stewart, Austin Duncan, Bobby Duncan, Blake Duncan, Greyson Beatty and Meleah Beatty; his great grandchildren, Presley, Gunner and Sawyer Kate Stewart; and his siblings, Jerry Duncan, Kathy Riley and Johnny Duncan. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
Burial will be in the Owenton Cemetery and memorial contributions may be made to Bluegrass Care Navigators Hospice.
