With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Bill Stewart of Owenton, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Bill left this world on March 5, 2025 at the age of 83, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Stewart and Ruby Stewart (Wilson); his wife Beverly Stewart (Osborne); his siblings, Dallas "Jack" Stewart, Marvin "Bud" Stewart, Olen'Dick" Stewart and Geneva Ann Stewart; and his nephew Woodford "Woody" Stewart.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Denny (Johnny) and Renaee Gaines (Mitchell); his grandchildren, Brittney Smoot (Chris), Cheyene Gaines and Blake Gaines; his great grandchildren, John Paul Smoot and Miley Grace Buchanan; his nephews, Marvin Gerald Stewart, Glen Stewart, Greg Toole and Lonnie Jay Stewart; his niece Ruby Ann Stewart; and his cousin Louie Jump.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the New Funeral Homes (202 N Main, Owenton, KY 40359). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations to the Owen County Friends of Animals or Owen County Children's Fund.
