She was predeceased by: her son Lynn Chappell; and her brothers, Maurice Lee Walker and Henry Wiliford Walker. She is survived by: her children, Maurice Chappell (Becky), Glenn Chappell and Neese Chilton (Tim); her grandchildren, Logan Baker, Nick Chappell (Eko), Grace Chilton and Ben Chilton; her great grandchildren, Kemper Chappell, Kyelynn Chappell and Josephine Hayes Chilton; and her niece Martha Oldenburg. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
Burial will be in the Owenton Cemetery and memorial contributions are suggested to the Educational Excellence Foundation of Owen County (EEFOC) or Dallasburg Baptist Church.
