She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman Wright and Eliza Cook Wright; and her children, Wanda J. Hobbs (Freddy), Carrie J. Taylor (late Tom) and Paul E. Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Cook (Bonnie) of Owenton, Rose Spaulding (Dennis) of Frankfort, Anna Mae Cook of Owenton and Mary Moore (late Dale) of Owenton. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 15 great-great grandchildren, and 3 step grandchildren.
Burial will be in the Monterey Cemetery and memorial contributions may be made to Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.
