She is survived by: her daughter Janet Blackburn (Charles Hill) of Paducah; her grandchildren, Scott Blackburn of Louisville and Julie Nowaki (Paul) of Lexington; her great grandchildren, Mark Blackburn and Mary Beth McCuistion (Michael) of Cincinnati; and her sister Marlyn Matthews (Elmo) of Jacksonville, FL.
