She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Adrian Alvey and A. Lorena Alvey; her husband Roy Kenneth Jones; her son William Jones; her grandson Ryan Jones; her siblings, Mary Thompson, Joseph Alvey and Margaret Alvey; and her sons-in-law, Darrell Greer and Michael Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Greer, Stephen Jones (Sherry), Glenn Jones, Michael Jones (Mary Lou) and Lisa Thompson (Butch). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory (3009 Frederica St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A prayer was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (4029 Frederica St, Owensboro, KY 42301).
