He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard A. Howard and Sally Shepherd Howard. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard A. "Dickie" Howard, Jerry Howard (Sharlene), Linda Young (Glenn), Sue Corbett (Jay), Ginger Bailey (Jerry) and Judy Stodghill (Kenny). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory (3009 Frederica St, Owensboro, KY 42301).

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Heartford House, Hospice of Western Kentucky, 3419 Wathens Crossing, Owensboro, Ky 42301.

“I am heartbroken to hear of Terri's passing. Terry was a wonderfully kind person. He was a groomsman at Angie and I's wedding in 1975. We sadly lost contact over the years but I have thought about him many times. I also had the great pleasure of knowing Terry's mother Sally. She was a sweet lady who truly loved her son.
