He is survived by: his wife Joy Wood Horton; his son Clay Horton (Davea) of Owensboro; his grandson Adam Horton of Owensboro; his sister Mary Kay Horton of Owensboro; his niece Rayna Caldwell of Bolton Landing, NY; his mother-in-law Pat Chapman Wood of Madisonville; and his sisters-in-law, Gay Alsup of Louisville and Kenna Moore of Madisonville.
