He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacquelyn O'Bryan Greenwell and Joseph Glenn Greenwell; his stepmother Patricia Ann Greenwell; and his daughter Jacquelyn Marie Greenwell. He is survived by: his grandsons, Kees and Kiptyn; his daughters, Samantha Burcham (Chad) and Megan Mischel (Tim); his grandchildren, Ellis, Riley and Sloan; his siblings, David Greenwell (Elaine), Glenna Greenwell (Kevin Hamilton), Todd Greenwell and Tracy Hayden (Jeff); and his friend Terry Chavez.
All who wish to honor Billy at the visitation are required to wear a mask while inside the church for the safety of all those in attendance.
