It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Lester Brown of Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on December 5, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester William and Mary Scruggs Brown; and his wife Shirley Rudd Brown. He is survived by: his nephew Ricky Rudd (Misty); his niece Rebecca Whitehead; and his sister-in-law Reva Rudd. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to current COVID-19 health and safety mandates, funeral services will be private at James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory.
