He is survived by: his children, Billy Hagan Jr. (Barbara) of Owensboro, Janet Carter (Tim Hamilton) of Owensboro, Dennis Hagan (Michelle) of Philpot and Brian Hagan (Laurie) of Morganfield; and also, Linda Milligan of Evansville, Indiana, Donald Hagan (Patricia) of Owensboro, Kentucky, Thomas Hagan (Martha) of Owensboro, Kentucky, Darlene White (Terry) of Owensboro, Kentucky, Paul Hagan, Anna Lanham (Greg) of Philpot, Frances Logsdon of Reynolds Station and Gary Hagan (Debbie) of Reynolds Station.

All who wish to honor Leo at the visitation and funeral are required to wear a mask while inside the funeral home for the safety of all those in attendance.
