William H. Starks Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2025, at the age of 94, William H. Starks of Owensboro, Kentucky passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William H. Starks to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Starks and Francis Thurmond Starks; his brother Robert Starks; and his in-laws, Howard and Zelma Jarvis.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jarvis Starks; his children, William Henry "Hank" Starks (Carol) of Punta Gorda, Byrne Coles (Eddie) of Atlanta, Kelley Deviney of Owensboro and Benjamin Starks (Pam) of Atlanta; his grandchildren, Justin Starks, Krystin Starks O'Connell (Daniel), Aaron Galloway (Farrah), Ashley Trindle, Jonathan Miller and Mitchell Starks; and his siblings, Mary Milam (Bob), Martha Hacker (Ron) and Jonnie Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory (900 Old Hartford Rd, Owensboro, KY 42303).
