He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Spicer Stallings; and his siblings, Mary Bernadette Schooler, Frances Stallings and J. W. Stallings. He is survived by: his children, Bill "Skip" Stallings (Debbie), Troy Stallings and Kim Stallings; his grandchildren, Olivia Weatherholt (Zach), Marci Dant, Elizabeth Yager (John) and Natalie Greenwell (Heath); and his daughter-in-law Gaynell Stallings. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
