He is survived by: his mother Roberta Shelley of Marana, AZ; his siblings, Wilma Gail Pinedo (Scotty), Robert Thomas Bennington of Shepherdsville, Jay Frederick Shelley, III of Apache Junction, AZ, Sharon Kippes of Ekron, KY, Roger Robinson (Marie) of Taylorsville and Kathy Masterson (Tom) of Falls; his sister-in-law Tammy Robinson of Jeffersonville, IN; and his aunts and uncles, Alfredia Morris (Sam) of Leitchfield, Rusty Watkins of Leitchfield, Wanda Losch Judy Bennington (Steve) of Shepherdsville and Blaine Bennington (Angie) of Shepherdsville.
