He is survived by: his daughters, Ann Haynes of Owensboro and Beth Hulett (David) of Lexington; his grandchildren, David Haynes, Sarah Haynes of Owensboro, Haley Hulett and Abbey Hulett of Lexington; his sister Carole Anne Barrass of Owensboro; and his sister-in-law Martha Barrass of Beaver Dam.
