He was predeceased by: his parents, Oren Lee and Edna Mayes Dunn; his wife Velma Jean; his daughter Debra F. Rogers; his great grandchild Logan Adams; and his siblings, Harold, Dalton, Howard, Rev. Lloyd Dunn, Ruby Morris and Leona Hagan.
He is survived by: his sons, Mike Dunn (Anna) of Owensboro, Chris Dunn (Kim) of Owensboro and Kenny Dunn (Janet) of Owensboro; his sister Velma Stallings Jones; his grandchildren, Monty Adams (Jen), Todd Adams (Tiffany), Michael Dunn (Lindsey), Matthew Dunn (Melissa), Megan Jackson (Cameron), Hannah McDaniel (Zack) and Christopher Dunn; and his caregivers, Carol, Tara and Robin.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Salvation Army or the Heartford House.
