He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles E. Cook and Edna Reed Bell; his great grandchildren, Myles and Logan; his niece Jenny; his children, Amy-Jean Leblanc (John) of Lunenburg, MA and Louis C. "Charlie" Cook of Boxborough, MA; his grandchildren, Johnny Leblanc (Kaitlyne), Kurt Leblanc (Alex), Trinity Giles and Cameron Cook; his cousins, Mary Dean, Tim Miller, Dale, Debbie Sanders and Bill; his former wife Ruby Duhamel Cook; his sister Barbara Ann Whitt; and his cousin Beverly Emmick.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory (3009 Frederica St, Owensboro, KY 42301). The military honors was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
