It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William A. Howard of Owensboro, Kentucky, born in Whitesville, Kentucky, who passed away on November 13, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Paul and Susan Elizabeth Hardesty Howard; and his siblings, Joseph Howard (Linda), Ernest Howard (Edwina), Lindsey Howard, Phillip John Howard (Anna Grace), Hugh Howard, Mary Helen Russelburg (Joe T.), Agnes Edge (George Ora) and Genevieve Basham (Richard Louis).

He is survived by: his sister Stella. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
