He was predeceased by: his parents, Bishop Vest and Ada Phipps Vest. He is survived by: his wife Ollie Vest; and his children, Sandy Reed, Wayne Vest and Nadine Vest. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
