He was predeceased by: his father Shelby Devine; his wife Betty Jo Devine; his daughter Catherine Marion Devine; and his brother Lloyd Barr Devine. He is survived by: his children, Terry Gist (Michelle) and Donna Kay Rankin (Bob); his grandchild Karrie Porter Shouse (Matt); his great grandchildren, Trenton Nathan Marion Porter, Braden Michael Porter, Chanson Andrew Porter, Ezekiel Payne and Xavier Payne; and his grandchildren, Shelly Carnes, Kelly Weber (Geoff), Anita M. Hollie, Jolene Gist and Katlynn Gist. He is also survived by 20 other great-grandchildren.
