He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferman Shouse and Margaret Young Shouse; and his brother Ferman "Jim" Shouse. He is survived by: his wife June Phelps Shouse; his sons, Nathan Shouse (Laura) of Nashville and Damien Shouse (Jessie) of Mt. Union, Pennsylvania; his stepchildren, Marisa Maggard (Chad) of Masonville, Ryan Gordon of Owensboro, Matthew Shelton of Owensboro, Jason Iler (Loretta) of Beaver Dam and Misty Embry (David); his pet April Cardwell (Robbie) of Beaver Dam; and his siblings, Karen Weakley of Owensboro, Ellie Cameron of Owensboro, Rev. Allen Shouse of Owensboro and John Shouse (Lynn) of Bowling Green. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
