He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Dee Horn and Anna Marie Crisp Horn; and his siblings-in-law, Paula Kay Horn, Gerald Ray Hood and Carlos Lee Kassinger.

He is survived by: his siblings, Becky Horn (Don Preuss), Judy Hood, Mike Horn, Rose Foster (Stewart), Patty Kassinger and Nelda Flahardy (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
