He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Hurst and Beulah Bass Hurst; and also Paul Hurst of New Albany, Indiana.. He is survived by: his wife Sue Ann; his son Kevin of Louisville; his daughter-in-law Jenny; his grandsons, Nathaniel and Carter; his sister Elaine Seitz of Terre Haute; and his mother-in-law Ramona Grant of Hartford.
