It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Rae Libs (Owensboro, Kentucky), who passed away on February 4, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Gunn and Essie Myrle Bristow Gunn. She is survived by: her husband William E. Libs; her children, Wally, Sally Libs, Harriett, Terry Weber, Stirman and Sue Libs; her grandchildren, Scott Libs, Lori, Kyle Johnson of Missy, RAE, Lee Deno, Casey, Meghan Libs and Becca Libs; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Libs, C. J. Libs, Preston Deno, Kylee Johnson, Joey Deno and Daisy.
