She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Payne and Cora Skinner Payne; her husband Leroy "Bill" Williams; her grandson Mark Williams; and her siblings, Truman Payne, Delores Hockman and Beulah Carrico.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Williams (Kim) of Owensboro, Joseph Williams of Maryland, Sharon Williams of Clarksville, TN, Pamela Williams of Owensboro and Debra Ramos (Raymond) of Clarksville, TN; and her brothers, Allen Payne (Becky) of Thruston and Larry Payne (Gennie). She is also survived by five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
